Upcote Barn Wedding Photography – The first time I met Charlie and Luke was on their wedding day. It’s never daunting walking into a room full of people I don’t know as by nature I’m super chatty. The getting ready part of the day was a lot of fun, plenty of snacks were eaten and bottoms squeezed…not mine might I add!
Upon arriving at The Barn at Upcote, I soon realised that the it looked incredible in the sunshine; beautiful florals and pretty hanging lanterns in the ceremony room added to the impact. Awesome styling as always by Lauradana at Wedding Creations. I met Luke looking extremely dapper, soon after arriving (have a guess which flying superhero I think he looks like…clue: he’s from Krypton!) and Charlie arrived soon after in the wedding car with her father.
The ceremony room at Upcote is perfectly formed with the aisle beginning up the steps outside and ending under the beams. Charlie and Luke greeted each other with big smiles and after the rings were placed on the fingers and vows exchanged, they exited with those same big smiles into the sunshine. The rest of the day was spent amongst the grounds eating amazing food by McBaile, enjoying the speeches and of course there was time for a few portraits in the grounds as always.
