How do we book you as our wedding photographer?
It’s simple! Let me know you’d like to secure me for your wedding date and I’ll email you details of how to pay the deposit and will send over your agreement to be signed. Your balance is due a month before your wedding date.
How many images will we receive?
I deliver anywhere between 400 and 600 images of your wedding day. This often depends on the location(s) of your wedding, the weather, time spent travelling between locations etc.
All images are all fully edited, high resolution Jpegs, free of any watermarks. I also provide images sized perfectly for social media use.
Can we reserve our wedding date?
Of course! A deposit and a signed agreement secures me to photograph your wedding day. Prior to this, I can make a note of your date in my diary and let you know if I have any other enquiries.
How much wedding photography is included on our big day?
I’ll be with you around 3 hours before your ceremony and stay with you until around 30 minutes after your first dance. If the dance floor in rocking, I’ll stay a little longer.
When will we receive our wedding images?
All galleries are delivered around 4 weeks after your wedding day. I’ll send you the link on email with instructions on how to download your images.
How far do you travel to photograph a wedding?
Anywhere you wish! I’m based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire which has great transport links being in the Cotswolds, which is close to the A40 towards Oxford, London and the M5 motorway.
There might be an extra charge if flights or boat trips are involved or if I have to stay overnight near your venue but usually all travel is included.
Do you offer an engagement shoot?
I do! Sometimes called pre-wedding shoots, these are a lot of fun. They usually result in around 50 – 70 images. Check out my engagement shoot portfolio page for more information.
How long will you store our images?
I store your images for up to a year after delivery. Please ensure you back up your images both on and offline so they are secure. If you need me to recommend an image storage service, I’d be happy to.
Can we print our images?
Of course! I encourage it. The images are yours to print as you wish. Prints are also available to purchase via your online gallery which is included with every wedding. Alternatively I can recommend a place to get your images professionally printed.
I also offer beautiful fine-art wedding albums with leather covers and archival cotton paper, printed in England. There are £450 for 15 spreads. There are some sample images on my pricing page.
Can you recommend other wedding suppliers?
Of course, I regularly work closely with lots of local professionals including make-up artists, magicians, caterers, singing waiters, harpists…you name it!

Do you carry back-up equipment?
Yes. I use two cameras with many different lenses on the day and carry backups for cameras and lenses with me too. If you are interested in what kit I use, send me an email and I’d be happy to share.
Are you fully insured?
Absolutely! My public liability is available upon request.
