Oxleaze Barn Photographer – Vanessa & Adam’s excitement for their wedding day was obvious, both for Vanessa as she prepared for the day with her friends and family but also for Adam who danced around the car park, as happy as I have ever seen a groom! It might have been something to do with the fact that it was Adam’s 30th birthday or the fact that Vanessa was 6 months pregnant with their child that made him so excited…or maybe that it was his wedding day?
So, after a super chilled morning getting ready, it was over to Oxleaze for the big event. Luckily the sun got the memo that it needed it’s hat on ready for Vanessa to walk down the aisle to marry Adam. There were lots of smiles, tears and happy eyes throughout the outdoor ceremony in the courtyard at Oxleaze. Just look at those faces! That warmth and fun permeated the rest of the day in the sun, through to the speeches and onto the dancing in the courtyard as the sun dropped in the sky. Adam was even presented with a cake to blow a candle out on to celebrate his birthday! My favourite parts of the day you ask? The portraits were lovely…a time for Adam & Vanessa to enjoy each other’s company but also time to celebrate the new life they had created…that bump! Oh and the drinks tasting session outside in the evening.
