Wedding Feature Film
George & Sian fully embraced their wedding day from the moment they woke up until the last dance. The excitement in the morning with both the groom’s party and the bride’s was palpable with that amazing smile not leaving Sian’s face all day long! Georgia Taylor & Kirsty – Individual Glamour were in charge of beautifying and it wasn’t long before the first look with Sian & her dad before they hopped in the wedding car and headed to the barn!
There’s a wedding feature film at the top of this post that shows off the day in all its glory. This is different from the last film I blooged in that it’s much longer than the highlight film. A feature film is also chronological so you get to enjoy your day as it happened set to music.

Stone Barn Ceremony and Speeches
Being an early December wedding, there was frost on the ground and a beautiful wintery feel about Stone Barn. It definitely has a little something extra in the winter months with all the berries on the trees complementing the metal and stone structure and the obligatory fairy lights surrounding the building.
Sian walked down the aisle with her father – to the sounds of the guitarist Pat McIntrye – to meet George who had a matching smile and was very excited to get the ceremony started! After a really relaxed ceremony, a couple of readings, a first kiss by candlelight and a celebratory walk back down the aisle with arms in the air, George and Sian headed out of the ceremony room.
With those fairy lights as a backdrop, it was time for confetti alongside the main room and then onto the afternoon drinks reception. Stone Barn is unique in that is on two levels so enables guests to see the whole space from the above terrace.
It was too cold for the guests to head outside so the guests enjoyed the indoor spaces at Stone Barn which excuse a certain warmth in its own right. The sweet December light came into its own towards the end of the afternoon reception as we headed for some couple shots outdoors. Before dinner, Sian & George decided on a game of Mr & Mrs – so much fun and a real event before they were announced into dinner.
Speeches followed with all three speakers performing beautifully and lots of laughter from the guests!

Sparklers outdoors followed which looked amazing amongst the backdrop of the barn and should be a right of passage for this venue! While most people would consider the ceremony the main event, George and Sian managed to make the whole day feel full of main events and the first dance was no different – who doesn’t love a lift and a twirl? George & Sian brought such a positive vibe that the whole day felt like a party! The dancefloor was soon full!
