Berwick Lodge Wedding Photography and Film

Berwick Lodge is a privately owned country house near Bristol, boasting 18-acre grounds with all year round blooms and Victorian features. With on-site accommodation and an incredible restaurant, it’s the perfect place for a wedding! Joy prepared for the big day with her close friends and family in the light filled bridal prep room. Roy and his best man arrived on site ready to great the guests in the ceremony room looking sharp with colourful buttonholes, a theme that continued with the flowers around the venue. The ceremony, the confetti, the speeches and the entire rest of the day was filled with colour and laughter. Just take a look at Roy & Jo’s faces during the ceremony – actual pure happiness! The gardens around the venue, both covered by the venue and further out enabled the guests to relax and enjot the drinks reception but shelter from the sun if they needed to. Speeches followed in the wedding breakfast room which was beautifully intimate. Roy and Jo created hand-written notes for each other and all of their guests which were placed in their seats, a lovely touch and one it was clear the guests appreciated. The best thing about Summer weddings is the after-dinner second wedding reception!

‘There’s no one we’d rather have had with us on our wedding day than Marcus. From the first meeting to every part of the day itself, he did everything to make us feel calm and comfortable and just make sure we had an amazing day that was true to the both of us.
