‘Thank you so much for the photos!! They are perfect and exactly what we wanted, we really feel they captured the day and was great looking back through all of them! Not only are the photos great but it was a pleasure to have you there on the day, you really slotted in to the day!
Elmore Court Wedding Photography – Elmore Court is a gem of a wedding venue tucked away in the Gloucestershire countryside, by the River Severn. Katie and Navin were married as the weather turned epic and the daffodils put on their best show, in the middle of Spring.
After beginning to get ready for her big day in the newly built Coach House, Katie moved across to the main building to finish her preparations. Elmore has lots of rooms to get ready in and all are beautiful to photograph in. It wasn’t long before Navin arrived, followed by the guests and Katie’s dad stepped through the door of the Smoking Room to greet Katie with open arms! Katie and Navin’s Humanist wedidng ceremony, led by Phillipa Howe, was beautiful. When couples face their guests, it somehow makes the whole experience so much more intimate. They left the ceremony room to a shower of confetti and headed out into the sunshine.
I captured lots of candid photography images before heading off to explore Elmore Court’s grounds a little with Katie and Navin. Next stop was Gillyflower. It’s important couples always get to see their wedding breakfast room set up, before anyone else see it and that’s exactly what Katie and Navin did. The speeches (my favourite part of any wedding!) were epic with plenty of emotion and happy tears. After the cake was cut, Katie and Navin were dance floor bound…with most of their guests! There was time in the evening to head out for a little bit of nighttime photography on the steps at the front of Elmore Court. A big shout out to White in Motion for epic video skills, Amber Persia Florist and Harriet Cook Make-up.
