Gloucestershire Wedding Photographer – Rachel and Chris’s Kingscote Barn wedding day was incredible. From the start of the day hanging out of windows at Owlpen Manor where Rachel prepared for the big day with her bridemaids, brother and mum to the hilariously hectic and immensely enjoyable ceilidh in the evening. A big shout out to Emily Tarrant and Chris Fordham for their beautifying skills with make-up and hair respectively.
I could write a thousand words about Rachel and Chris’ wedding day. I could talk about the closeness of the wedding party, the amazing Morris Minor that just seemed to keep giving, those tears of elation from Chris (everyone actually…), the lovely warm wedding speeches, the visit from the Winstones Ice Cream Van Vinnie or the surprise furry visitor with a garland of Gypsophila. I could wax lyrical about the food from Strawberry Field Catering, the brilliant sack racing in the evening or the quite simple ‘loveliness’ of a very happy bride and groom. Did I mention the beautiful blooms created by Becci at Bijoux Floral?
But I’m not going to – this blog is all about the pictures. Grab a cup of tea and relive Rachel and Chris’ wedding day. The final words go to the happy couple.
‘Thank you so so much for our incredible wedding photos, we really can’t quite describe how much we love them.
Sitting down to look through the photos has made us laugh and cry, they tell the story of the day so beautifully- bringing it to life with colour and somehow manage to capture the emotion, laughter and antics in a still image. They are everything we hoped for, lots of natural photos of our friends and family having an incredible time!
Chris and I don’t consider ourselves the most photogenic or confident in front of the camera, but you really put us at ease and made it so much fun . In fact the times we slipped away with you to get photos as a couple are some of our favourite moments from the day. We can’t recommend you enough!’
