I think every wedding I photograph I describe as the most relaxed wedding day ever and Will and Zanna’s big day was absolutely no exception. Rather than sit around in her bridal cottage, Zanna , along with her mum and a bridesmaids headed off to see the pigs, who were very happy to have visitors! Who cares about a few drops of rain right? Will meanwhile was doing a great job of being completely unflustered surrounded by his best men.
The Great Tythe Barn’s grounds looked great as always and today the inside benefitted from lots of florals. After a beautiful ceremony, Will and Zanna emerged into a mass of confetti before we headed off to captures some couple pictures amongst the grounds.
As I feel there always should be at weddings, there was lots of time for the guests to relax and enjoy each others’ company – and for me to capture the feel of the day. I think I’ve mentioned before that candid photography is my favourite sort. I’ve included a few group pictures in the blog too, I often don’t but even they were super relaxed. It was evident from the moment I arrived at the barn that there was lots of support for Will and Zanna amongst the families which is always nice to see.
The skies above Tetbury rewarded up with a beautiful sunset before Zanna, Will and their guests danced the night away to the always amazing Thrill Collins band (hint – if you’ve made it this far, click that last link and lose the next half an hour!).
