Elmore Court Wedding Photography – Mike and Emily were married at Nailsworth Church followed by an Elmore Court wedding reception. Nailsworth is a very pretty Gloucestershire town with the St George’s Church sat high on a hill. Mike and Emily made the most of the location by booking two amazing double decker buses to take their guests to Elmore which required them to walk past the shops through the centre of Nailsworth to the bus station.
It’s quite obvious from the first image that flowers were a big part of Mike and Emily’s wedding day. The buttonholes, the bouquets, the flowers in emily’s hair and the flower girl’s crowns plus the table decorations in The Gillyflower all looked so vibrant throughout. The prettiness continued with Emily’s amazing dress called Penelope by Watters from the Dressing Rooms in Halesowen, not one but three cakes – a pork pie cake, a traditional cake and a cheesecake and even free colourful bowties for the chaps on arrival at Elmore Court.
A wandering band that moved around the venue – quite aptly called Wanderlust greeted the guests and were so interactive, they even had guests playing instruments during the drinks reception amongst the trees festooned with ribbons and the giant deckchair. Of course, as always there was time for a few portraits with the happy couple…oh and the fancy dress pinata smashing, standing in a copper bath…the usual stuff…nothing to see here…
It was a truly lovely, fun day for two people who are quite obviously meant for each other. That’s enough of me explaining how pretty everything is. There are many images below that do it far better than I can. One thing that will never be explained is how Mike managed to get his West Ham best eleven onto the table plan. Well done that man!
