Simon and Suz’s Gloucester Docks Engagement Photography

I first met Simon and Suz at The Queen’s Hotel for the Cheltenham Wedding Show last year – when they told me their wedding was to be near the beach in Bournemouth and they wanted an engagement shoot in Gloucester Docks, I have to admit I got a little excited. Well, the wedding is a couple of weeks away, everything is organised and the sun is out…well…two out of three isn’t bad and we can only hope for the third!

Gloucester Docks is super for photography as it has lots of lovely backdrops and unique locations such as the old machinery below. I couldn’t resist a few black and white images with the ships and the dock houses in the background – it produces and almost ‘film like’ quality which I love. I’m very much looking forward to the happy ending!
