Andrew and Caitlin’s Cheltenham Daffodil Wedding

Ok, for those of you arriving on this page, you’ll notice there are no actual yellow daffodils, but an Award Winning Cheltenham restaurant and wedding venue that was converted in the late 90′s from a 1920′s Art Deco Picturehouse.

I met Caitlin early on in the day, getting ready with her sisters and mother, ably assisted by Dixie the cat. After a few getting ready shots including the dress and the shoes, I headed off to meet Andrew at The Daffodil where I was met with a thumbs up and proceeded to photograph the arrival of the guests and the bridesmaids. While Andrew waited at the front of the venue, Caitlin arrived in a 1969 Jaguar Mk2 240.

The ceremony was lovely, with the true majesty of The Daffodil surrounding Caitlin, Andrew and their guests throughout. The large group shot outside the venue was taken after the ceremony, whilst avoiding the traffic… and some lovely smaller group shots before the happy couple and I headed to Naunton Park for some more personal photographs.

After returning to The Daffodil – and whilst trying (and pretty much failing) – to avoid the traffic wardens, the guests enjoyed the Wedding Breakfast, followed by the speeches and a chance for everyone to enjoy the venue.
